Golden Sun sits in a quiet resort above Primošten. Please treat the studio, the pool and the neighbourhood with care — that way every guest feels at home.

Stay within the occupancy
The studio is designed for up to 2 adults and 2 children. Please do not exceed this occupancy.
Quiet hours 22:00–08:00
Please keep noise low after 22:00 — out of respect for the quiet resort neighbourhood.
Pets
Pets by arrangement — please ask before booking.
Smoking
Please do not smoke indoors. On the terrace with its sea view is perfect.
Parties & events
A dinner by the pool, an aperitif on the terrace — very welcome. A loud party with extra guests — please, no. Primošten is a small place.

Check-in from 14:00
If you arrive late in the evening, please let us know a day ahead so we can coordinate.
Check-out by 10:00
This gives us time to clean before the next guests. Need a later check-out? Just ask.
Linen & towels
Bed linen and towels are provided. Please don't take the bath towels down to the beach.
What's included
The price includes all utilities, Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels. For stays shorter than 5 days a one-time final-cleaning fee (€100) applies.
