Highlights

The GoldenSun Studio sits in the luxury Resort Sunhill above Primošten. Its heart is the private heated overflow pool with sun loungers and a breathtaking view over the open sea and the historic old town. Inside you will find an open-plan living and sleeping area, a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, induction hob, oven, microwave), WindFree air conditioning with underfloor heating, and a modern bathroom. The spacious terrace with its electric grill is made for long summer evenings by the water. Parking is right in front of the door; a shop and the beach are within walking distance.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is from 14:00, check-out by 10:00. If you arrive later in the evening, just let us know in advance and we will coordinate the key handover via WhatsApp or email.

Is the pool private and heated?

Yes — the studio has its own heated overflow pool with sun loungers and a panoramic view over the open sea and old-town Primošten. It is there for you to enjoy at any time during your stay.

Is parking available?

Yes — there is parking right in front of the apartment. A grocery shop and the beach are both within walking distance, so you can leave the car parked for most of your stay.

How many guests can stay, and what about children?

The studio sleeps up to 2 adults plus 2 children on an extra bed. Children under 3 without a bed stay free of charge; children from 3 years on an extra bed are +€10 per child per night.

What is the price based on, and is there a cleaning fee?

The nightly rate is for 2 persons per apartment and depends on the season: €100/night (1–31 May and 1–31 Oct), €120/night (1–15 Jun and 16–30 Sep), €140/night (16–30 Jun and 1–15 Sep) and €160/night in peak season (1 Jul–31 Aug). Stays of 10 days or more receive a 10% discount on the accommodation; stays shorter than 5 days have a one-time €100 final-cleaning fee.

How does the deposit and cancellation work?

A reservation becomes binding once a 30% deposit is paid (within 3 days of booking); the balance is due before arrival. Cancellation: 45 or more days before arrival — full refund; 44 days or less — 30%; 1 day or less — 100%. If you find a replacement who takes the whole term, the deposit is refunded in full.

Can you recommend day trips from Primošten?

Absolutely. Krka National Park (~1 h) is unmissable for its waterfalls; Šibenik and its UNESCO cathedral is ~30 min; Trogir ~45 min; Klis Fortress above Split (Game of Thrones) and the turquoise Cetina spring make great full-day trips. See our Local Tips page for the full list.
